Check-in is available from 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Check-out is between 10:00 AM and 11:00 AM. We offer self check-in, so you can arrive at your convenience. If you need early check-in or late check-out, please contact us in advance and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Prishtina International Airport (Adem Jashari) is approximately 30 minutes by car from ZOE Hotel. Taxis are readily available at the airport. We can also help arrange airport transfers upon request.
ZOE Hotel does not have on-site parking, but street parking and nearby public garages are available. Garage parking is paid. If you are arriving by car, feel free to contact us and we can share directions to the nearest options.
We offer free cancellation up to 24 hours before your scheduled check-in date. Cancellations made within 24 hours of check-in may be subject to a charge equivalent to the first night's stay. No-shows will be charged the full booking amount.

Yes, complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel, including all guest rooms and common areas. The network name and password are provided in your room upon arrival.
After your booking is confirmed, you will receive a door access code via email. When you arrive, enter the code on the keypad at the building entrance. Then use the same code on the keypad at your room door. No need to visit the front desk. This is ideal for late arrivals or guests who prefer flexibility.
