We retain your booking and personal data for up to 3 years after your stay to comply with tax, accounting, and legal requirements under Kosovo law. CCTV footage from common areas is retained for a maximum of 30 days before being automatically deleted. If you have opted into marketing communications, we retain your contact details until you withdraw your consent.

You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, request correction of any inaccurate information, request deletion of your data (subject to our legal retention obligations), and request a copy of your data in a portable format. CCTV & Security
For the safety of our guests and staff, CCTV cameras are in operation in common areas of the hotel including the lobby, corridors, entrance, and parking area. There are no cameras in guest rooms, bathrooms, or private spaces. Footage is stored securely and access is limited to authorized security personnel. CCTV recordings are retained for a maximum of 30 days.
Payment Data
ZOE Hotel operates on a pay-on-arrival basis. No payment card information is collected or stored through our website when you make a reservation. Payment is processed at the hotel using a secure POS terminal that meets current security standards. We do not retain card details after your transaction is complete.
