Reservations & Booking
All reservations made through this website are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking confirmation will be sent to the email address you provide. Rates are displayed in Euros (EUR), are quoted per room per night, and may vary depending on the dates and room type selected. While we make every effort to ensure rate accuracy, in the rare event of a pricing error, ZOE Hotel reserves the right to correct the rate and notify you before confirming the reservation. By completing a booking, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete, and that you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. ZOE Hotel reserves the right to cancel any reservation where false or misleading information has been provided.
Booking Modifications
If you need to modify your reservation, such as changing dates, room type, or the number of guests, please contact us as soon as possible at info@zoehotelks.com or by calling +383 44 360 690. Modifications are subject to availability and may result in a rate adjustment. If the requested modification cannot be accommodated, your original booking will remain unchanged unless you choose to cancel it under the cancellation policy below.
Cancellation Policy
Reservations may be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled check-in date. Cancellations made within 24 hours of check-in may be subject to a charge equivalent to the first night's stay. Guests who do not arrive without cancelling their reservation (no-show) may be charged the full booking amount. For group bookings of three or more rooms, cancellation terms may differ and will be communicated at the time of booking. To cancel a reservation, please contact us by email or phone with your booking reference number.
Check-in & Check-out
Check-in is available from 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Check-out is between 10:00 AM and 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request and are subject to availability; a fee may apply for late check-out beyond 11:00 AM. A valid government-issued photo ID or passport is required at check-in as required by Kosovo law. Guest information will be registered with local authorities in accordance with Kosovo regulations. The primary guest must be at least 18 years of age to check in. We offer self check-in for added flexibility, with full instructions provided after your booking is confirmed.
Age Requirement
The primary guest making a reservation and checking in must be at least 18 years of age. Guests under the age of 18 are welcome but must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who assumes full responsibility for their stay. Proof of age may be requested at check-in.
Payment
ZOE Hotel operates on a pay-on-arrival basis. No advance payment or credit card is required to secure a reservation. Full payment is collected at check-in. We accept cash, Visa, and Mastercard. Prices include VAT where applicable. Any additional charges incurred during your stay, such as damage to hotel property or extended stays, will be settled at check-out. Gratuities are not included in room rates and are left to the guest's discretion.
Guest Responsibilities
Guests are expected to treat hotel property, other guests, and staff with respect. Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas of the hotel; designated outdoor smoking areas are available. Guests are responsible for any damage to hotel property caused during their stay and will be charged for repair or replacement costs. The use, possession, or distribution of illegal substances on hotel premises is strictly prohibited. Visitors who are not registered guests must not stay overnight without prior arrangement with hotel management.
Pet Policy
Pets are not permitted at ZOE Hotel. The only exception is certified service animals (guide dogs and assistance animals) accompanying guests with disabilities, which are welcome at no additional charge. Guests bringing a service animal are kindly asked to notify the hotel in advance so we can ensure appropriate accommodations.
Hotel Rights
ZOE Hotel reserves the right to refuse or revoke accommodation to any guest whose conduct is deemed disruptive, dangerous, or in violation of these terms. This includes, but is not limited to, behavior that endangers the safety of other guests or staff, excessive noise after repeated warnings, illegal activity on the premises, or refusal to comply with hotel policies. In such cases, no refund will be issued for the remaining nights of the stay.
Health & Safety
ZOE Hotel maintains strict health and safety standards in compliance with local regulations. Fire safety information and evacuation routes are posted in each guest room and common area. Guests are asked to familiarize themselves with the nearest emergency exits upon arrival. Tampering with fire safety equipment, including smoke detectors and fire extinguishers, is strictly prohibited and may result in a fine. If you have any medical conditions or allergies that may be relevant to your stay, please inform us at the time of booking so we can assist you.
Internet & Wi-Fi
Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel. The internet connection is provided for lawful purposes only. ZOE Hotel is not responsible for the security of data transmitted over the wireless network and recommends that guests use a VPN for sensitive transactions. The hotel is not liable for any interruption, speed reduction, or unavailability of the Wi-Fi service.

Force Majeure
ZOE Hotel shall not be held liable for failure to perform any obligation under these terms due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, pandemics, civil unrest, or severe weather events. In such cases, we will work with affected guests to reschedule their stay or provide a full refund.
Damage & Liability
ZOE Hotel is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings left in guest rooms or common areas. An in-room safe is provided for securing valuables. If damage to hotel property is caused by a guest, the hotel will assess the cost and charge the guest accordingly. Any disputes regarding damage charges may be raised with hotel management within 14 days of check-out.
Lost Property
Any personal items left behind after check-out will be stored by the hotel for a maximum of 30 days. Guests may contact us to arrange retrieval or shipping of lost items. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the guest. After 30 days, unclaimed items will be disposed of.
Privacy & Data Protection
ZOE Hotel collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. By making a reservation, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kosovo, including the Law on Obligations (Law No. 04/L-077) and the Law on Consumer Protection (Law No. 04/L-121). In the event of a dispute, we encourage guests to first contact hotel management directly to seek an amicable resolution. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Prishtina, Kosovo.
